Mike Kuhlman

Mike Kuhlman is the owner of Greenridge Capital Investors, where he assists clients in building long-term wealth through strategic multifamily real estate investments.

With a strong background in multifamily investing, asset management, and investor relations, Mike brings hands-on experience and a disciplined approach to every acquisition.

He focuses on acquiring and operating high-performing multifamily properties in growth markets across the U.S., always aiming for reliable returns and lasting value. Mike’s people-first mindset and data-driven strategy ensure that every investor relationship is built on trust, clarity, and results.

Outside of real estate, Mike enjoys spending time with family and exploring the outdoors.

Eddie Austin

Serial Entrepreneur | Real Estate Fund Manager & Mentor

Eddie Austin is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and a respected leader in the commercial real estate industry. With a portfolio of successful companies, Eddie is deeply passionate about helping others create indestructible wealth through education on leveraging real estate investments.

Since starting in real estate in 2004, Eddie's journey has spanned single-family homes, large-scale developments, and managing real estate operations, construction, and fundraising. He has overseen more than $170 million in projects, including solar, industrial, and commercial ground-up developments, as well as value-add and redevelopment initiatives for apartment complexes in major U.S. markets.

Eddie has grown multiple Midwest-based real estate and business development ventures into enterprises generating over $200 million in annual revenue. Since 2020, he has successfully managed 506(c) fund operations for a real estate portfolio exceeding $315 million.

Through his work, Eddie's mission remains steadfast: to empower others to achieve financial freedom by leveraging real estate as a transformative tool for building lasting wealth.

Dan Kinder

Real Estate Entrepreneur | Investor & Mentor

Dan Kinder lives in the Houston, Texas area. He has over 25 years of real estate experience. He started his real estate career in 1998, buying his first single family home. Since then, he has acquired 13 additional homes and has remodeled, rented or sold them gaining experience with each transaction.

Mr. Kinder starting learning how to repair homes when he was 10 by helping to roof a dozen houses in one summer. He went on to buy his first home at 25, a fixer-upper, and completely remodeled that home down to the studs. Mr. Kinder bought his first rental property shortly after that and grew his portfolio to 13 houses.

Recently, Mr. Kinder has discovered the multifamily asset class and has been learning and acquiring units. He currently is a limited partner is 1501 units and is a general partner in 689 units as of April 2025.

Mr. Kinder also has a knack for numbers. He has an associate's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in computer science. He has been a computer engineer and application developer at IBM for nearly 30 years and is an Excel expert along with years of experience in accounting and financial systems. This financial and analytical skill set is not only a strength for Mr. Kinder, but also has proved very valuable in his multifamily career as an excellent underwriter and financial analyst.
